ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders must be placed through our official website. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept online payments through secure gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped. Please ensure all order details, including address and product quantity, are correct before placing your order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
