All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days from the date of purchase. As our products are handmade and prepared in small batches, we appreciate your patience during this time.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We ship all orders through Shiprocket, a trusted logistics aggregator that partners with multiple courier companies to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery times vary depending on your location within India. Typically, orders reach most destinations within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote or rural locations may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and delivery location. Any applicable shipping fee will be shown clearly before final payment.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. As we begin preparing your order immediately to ensure freshness, we do not offer post-purchase cancellations.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We take great care in packaging, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will evaluate and respond promptly.

REPLACEMENTS & STORE CREDIT

If your damage claim is approved, you will receive either:

• A replacement product of the same item (if in stock), OR
• Store credit of equivalent value, which can be used toward your next purchase.

Please note: We do not issue refunds for damaged or defective items unless specifically agreed upon.
