Refund & Returns Policy

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON FOOD & SKINCARE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds or returns on food products (such as honey, jams, pickles) or skincare items (such as ghee cream). These are perishable or personal-use goods and cannot be restocked once sold.

NO ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We begin preparing your items immediately to ensure freshness and quality.

RECEIVING A DAMAGED PRODUCT

If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. We are happy to help. Please follow these steps:

• Email us at jbfarmsorganics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
• Once verified, we will offer either:
• A replacement of the same product (if available), or
• Store credit of equal value that can be used on your next purchase.

No cash refunds will be issued for damaged items.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for:

• Food products like jams, pickles, honey, or infused items
• Used or opened skincare products or candles
• Items returned without photographic evidence of damage

WHO BEARS RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

In the rare case where a return is approved (due to damage or incorrect item sent), JB Farms will bear the return shipping cost. We will coordinate the return pickup and/or provide a replacement or store credit accordingly.
